The DVD looks exactly the same from outside, only if you look closely will you find a grid like squares all over the cover. Pirated DVD main menu contains only "Play Movie" & "Song . Pirated DVD film format remains anamorphic throughout the film with "English Subtitles" that can't be removed.

Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam

Pirated versions of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam have been found available at various stores.  The pirated version is a copy of the original Videosound version of the movie.  Some of the pirated copies don't have subtitles and don't have the special feautes.

There are pirated, illegal DVDs of the epic Mahabharata available in USA and Canada
Video Sound has released 13 of a total of 16 volumes.  The pirated discs at first
glance are exact replicas of the original.  A closer examination of the disc is necessary.  Video Sound original discs on the rim and face of disc carry the code CMCA.  The pirate disc is LG41.Pirate does not carry the code CMCA
